ARTS FOR LA ACTIVATE: INNOVATORS FELLOW

Over summer 2020 I continued to study the relationship between diversity and wages in LA County’s arts workforce.
Arts for LA, LA County's arts advocacy organization, selected my study for the 2020 cohort of Activate: Innovators fellows. During the three-month fellowship I worked alongside consultant James Herr to gather information about diversity and wages from funders and leaders in LA County arts organizations.
The fellowship culminated in a presentation at the State of the Arts Summit, an annual event hosted by Arts for LA.
