Make or break: race and ethnicity in entry-level compensation for arts administrators in la county

With support and mentorship from Bronwyn Mauldin at the LA County Department of Arts and Culture research division I conceived and executed a study that examined the connection between entry level earnings and diversity among entry level staff in arts organizations in LA County. The report was published with the Center for Business and Management of the Arts and Claremont Graduate University.
